As a small business owner herself, she has experience with starting a business from zero clients to over 150 clients. She has several stories of how not to run business and successful to tools and methods to sustain your business. With her knowledge, small business owners will be provided with guidance on how to start a business and select the appropriate business entity; tax implications among the different business entities; basic payroll guidance, and provide other important information regarding owning a business as a sole proprietor, partnership, and S-Corporation.
